Abstract:
Do you understand the Dynamic Pool allocation algorithms in OpenVMS since V6? So you have applications that may not allocate pool effeciently? Do you understand Pool Fragmentation and when it's a problem and when it's not? Need someplace to spend an hour and maybe learn something as well -- then attend this session. Real life cases will be used to isolate pool allocation problems.

Objectives:
Understand Non-Paged Pool
 
Determine if they have problems with non-paged pool
 
Determine what to do about non-paged pool  

Prerequisites for attendees:
None

Required Skill Level:
Intermediate
