Abstract:
In today's IT environment, it is rare to have only one operating system. That means that IT must be concerned with managing all operating environments in a similar manner. This session focuses on Digital UNIX, but the techniques described are suitable for most operating systems.

Objectives:
Manage Digital UNIX as part of the total enterprise
 
Manage scheduling, events, performance, etc. for Digital UNIX
 
Have a basic understanding of total enterprise management  

Prerequisites for attendees:
Knowledge of Digital UNIX.

Required Skill Level:
Intermediate
