Abstract:
This session will demonstrate some of the new commands for cache management, which are availasble to the System Manager. The Extended File Cache is a new file cache, which has more control, flexibility and scalability than the previous products.

Objectives:
Use the command interfaces to control the File Data Cache
 
Display and understand statistics generated by the Cache
 
Optimize the file system for improved I/O performance  

Prerequisites for attendees:

Required Skill Level:
Intermediate
