Abstract:
Quickly troubleshooting and solving problems with your Exchange server is the difference between a good day and a nightmare. This hands-on session teaches you the techniques to isolate problems and shows you the tools and resources in Exchange to correct these hiccups, which oddly are not discussed in the installation guide. We will break, mangle and crinkle our Exchange lab systems in the Interactive Session DataCenter. We then will mend, heal, resuscitate and otherwise raise from the dead the Exchange core components, the Internet mail service and Outlook Web Access. Bring your questions. Bring your nightmares. Bring a pencil... Target Audience: Intermediate-level Exchange e-mail administrators who already have their system up and running but would like to take better advantage of the built-in utilities in Exchange, improve e-mail system performance and increase their troubleshooting skills.
