Abstract:
TIAA-CREF is the world's largest pension fund with over 250 billion in assets. The Tru64 UNIX cluster is a decision support system for 160 billion dollars of daily equity investment. TIAA-CREF in partnership with Digitask implemented a TRU64 UNIX cluster for this critical on-line system. Mr. Walker along with Marlene Brill, Jim Gursha and John Zimmerman from Digitask will share their experiences with the cluster implementation of this business critical application.
